CityOne wanted a website that was as smooth and streamlined as a ride in one of their limousines.
CityOne Limousines had a decent looking website but the issue was functionality. What good is design if it doesn’t achieve its intended purpose? So they came to the design professionals so that their standard of service is conveyed in the functionality of their website.
As one can imagine, there are alot of moving pieces (literally!) behind the scenes of coordinating for someone to get picked up at a particular location at a specific time. We were able to breakdown the process, to better understand what the ideal pickup process was like, and then worked with our strategy team to scale that so each order is a perfect ride.
The thing about limousines is that with the advent of jaw-dropping design on most luxury vehicles, individuals can get a sense of top-notch luxury at a fraction of the cost, and own/lease it! We partnered with CityOne to spicen things up by not just pitching them as another luxury ride share service, but moreso an experience. Through strategy consulting, we assisted them in implementing market differentiators (i.e. suited drivers, white gloves, etc.) to elevate their brand above its native competitors and stand out in a city constantly visited by some of the wealthiest professionals.
