TruLION had a unique vision and needed help validating their vision with a logo and business plan, bundled with sales collateral to drive revenue.
TruLION had a unique vision, but didn’t know how to go from idea to revenue. In their industry, athletic performance and academic excellence are almost polar opposites, and TruLION’s intent was to disrupt that status quo by introducing a comprehensive solution that bred northern California’s best athletes who also doubled as some of its top academic minds. Alot of children, especially those from disenfranchised backgrounds, are essentially told it’s not worth even trying in school and athleticsis the only way out. Sadly, most believe it. TruLION wanted to change that, and give young athletes a future beyond athletics.
The founder and visionary of TruLION is a teacher, so they had no clue how to navigate the open market. But they knew they had an idea that brought value, and came to us to align that value with what the market agreed is valuable, for a natural exchange of revenue for services.
A business plan is the foundation of any business. Without it, you’re building a sand castle that you hope can survive an unpredictable and volatile market. With collaboration from cross functional teams, we were able to run a comprehensive market analysis for TruLION to lay the tracks for his business plan and then ran some tests and surverys to narrow down exactly what the market would react to and how TruLION can profit from it.
TruLION needed a logo that communicated to its audience a strong message of strength, leadership, and endurance. After getting to know the founder personally, we then tailored mockups that we thought summed up his vision and personality and began rounds of revisions until we landed on the ideal professional logo for his industry/vertical.
