ConcreteRose United Kingdom is a concept that needed market validation to see if they could compete in a new blossoming market.
ConcreteRose United Kingdom is the brainchild of ambition by parent company ConcreteRose Workforce Solutions. Given how quickly they scaled in the SMB-market (Small to Medium-sized Business) here in the states, ConcreteRose began to ponder if there was a market for their services else where around the world. They came to us with a hunch, and ambition, and trusted us to turn that into results. We did!
As Americans, we have a bad (and ignorant) tendency to assume we’re the center of the universe. While there’s nothing wrong with being proud, it starts to become a problem when it affects -and limits – your perceptions of the world around you. And the sad reality for most American enterprises, especially in the SMB space, is that they rarely see things from a global perspective, just a local/American one.
To perform an analysis of their targets market, we first had to verify that the market was ripe with opportunity that was worth going after. This meant running different tests, projections, and revenue models on different locals to see which offered the best potential, and of those where exactly in that locale is the best to function. We were able to bring to the leadership team at ConcreteRose a comprehensive breakdown of what their future in the United Kingdom would look like in 1.5, 3, 5, and 10 years.
Although ConcretRose Workforce Solutions already had a business plan, their ambitions fundamentally altered the vison they initially had (which is great, that’s what happens when growth outpaces projections), which meant they needed to sit down and revise their foundation to include this big global initiative they’re currently after.
We were able to not only help ConcreteRose strategically revise their business plan to give space for even more growth on a global scale, but assisted with the formation process internationally as well.
